The Day of the Mars Tragedy is a holiday in the UEE which remembers the loss of 4,876 people during the terraforming process of Mars in 2125. It is held yearly on September 13.

Development

The holiday was confirmed in an original RSI Forum post in 2014. The holiday has been never mentioned in a lore document again which indicates that the entire lore about the holiday was dropped by the developers.
