The Kopion is an aggressive, agile predator animal that travels in packs Kopion are faster than the player sprinting. Originally from Ashana, they are fast and carnivorous, and quickly evolve specialized traits to thrive in different environments by reproducing quickly and in large litters of 5-10 typically twice per standard earth year. Without careful monitoring, the Kopion often becomes invasive.

Characteristics

Horn

The Kopion horn is made of a unique combination of bone and naturally-occurring carbon nanomaterials. When properly processed, it can be used to aid in bone regeneration with a far greater rate of success than lab-grown materials. This application has made it a valuable commodity.

It has four eyes.

Body

It is about the size of a German Shepherd. It has scales on the back.

They are usually in packs of 10 to 14, but have been observed in packs of as few as 9.

Trivia

Among other sounds used and mixed for the Kopion's voice, are sea lions, a wet balloon squeaking, and the cocker spaniel of one of the sound designers.
