Citizens for Prosperity (formerly Citizens for Pyro) is a concerned group of civilians who have taken it upon themselves to tame the infamous outlaw system once and for all. What started as a small posse making occasional forays into Pyro to hunt down criminals has grown into a full resettlement plan.[1]
In 2954, the Citizens formally expanded their mission to include systems connected to Pyro.[2]

Madge "Dash" Hartford established the Citizens for Prosperity in 2950, after having lead several outlaw-hunting expeditions into Pyro to limited effect.[2]
Lima Endicott is the organization's lead dispatcher, and players who choose to accept one of CFP's contracts will interact with her.
