He was Principal concept artist at Turbine Games Inc for Dungeons and Dragons Online: Stormreach. He also created storyboards and some concepts for Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar.[2]

Teaching
He taught various courses at the Maryland Institute College of Art, including Fantasy Art, Character Design, Advanced Character Design, Concept Art and Advanced Concept Art, he taught entertainment design/visual development at the Syracuse University as Adjunct Faculty Professor, and was Professor of Illustration and Visual Development at the Ringling College of Art and Design.[2]
Early Life
His first drawing was on the underside of the table with a box of crayons aged three. In elementary school he was drawing his own comic book characters. He always had a stack of paper or a sketchbook wherever he went. He played a lot of Dungeons and Dragons and Warhammer with his friends, they used to make up their own video games and draw them out on graph paper.[7]
He studied illustration but realized his passion was concept art.[7]
