Tesca Halimeade

Tesca Halimeade was the Grand Admiral commanding the 81st, 22nd, 6th, and 31st Battle Groups during the Siege of Tiber in 2735, where he was killed in action when his flasghip UEES Aquilon was destroyed in a Vanduul ambush.^[1]
