Pirate week is an annual event that pays homage to the world of pirates. Unlike other in-game lore holidays, it is not directly tied to the game's storyline. However, it still offers exciting in-game dynamic events such as the Siege of Orison, the Nine Tails Lockdown and Jumptown. This event usually takes place around the same time as International Talk Like a Pirate Day, which falls on the 19th of September every year.
Players are also incentivised to engage in the Pirate Swarm game within Arena Commander in order to acquire a purchase token for both the Pirate versions of the Gladius and Caterpillar spacecrafts.
