On your second visit to ICC Probe 849, Tessa Bannister informs the player of a disturbing distress call, unlocking 2909-UEE831 as a Quantum drive destination.

Fly straight ahead towards the largest asteroid in the cluster.

The ship that broadcast the distress turns out to have been disabled by Nine Tails Outlaws. Two outlaw ships spawn per player. The mission can be completed by disabling, destroying or scaring off the outlaws, allowing the victim of the attack a chance to escape. Unlike the first mission, combat is mandatory.
