Crusader Cares was a initiative brought forward by Itembe Wilkens that allegedly increased Crusader Industries expenses on security and expanded the number of active private security contractors partnered with said company, to lower the outrageous crime levels that plagued Crusader and its moons[1].
It was brought before the UEE Senate Subcommittee on the Interior by Kelly Caplan, Crusader Industries' CEO on the 19th of May, 2949[1].
