Beginning in 2523 and ending in 2546; the organization known as The United Planets of Earth (UPE) was the Human governing organization. It came out of a reformed version of the United Nations of Earth during the year 2523; and ended with the foundation of the United Empire of Earth and the beginning of the Messer Era in 2546.
