The Forel is a mining laser consumable manufactured by Shubin Interstellar.[1]
Product description
Shubin developed the Forel consumable to temporarily distort a mining laser to produce a unique tremor. The resulting beam reduces a rock's resistance by 20%, but also increases the instability by 10%, making it less stable and more dangerous to mine.
