A Frigate Light is a light version of the Frigate military vessel designed for combat. One of the several of what are termed Capital ships. Next larger class is a Frigate, smaller is a Corvette.
UEE Navy has a designation for a light frigate, but no known examples exist. Unless an Idris-P is considered a light(ly gunned) frigate.
