The REP-VS EMP Generator is a size 4 distortion weapon manufactured by Behring Applied Technology. You can only find it on the vanguard sentinel, it is not a buyable item. Other versions of this emp is the REP-8 EMP Generator which is used by the Avenger Warlock.
