Silas Koerner is the founder and CEO of Consolidated Outland. He lives in Rytif and is a descendant of its first de facto governor, Arcturus Koerner.[1]
Koerner was the only heir to his family’s fortune. He invested his family money in a wide range of areas, including fish farming, mining, remote charting, and electronics before founding the spacecraft company Consolidated Outland.[2]
