"You have been doing such a fine job as of late, that I have decided to see if you are not capable of more.
This mark will be slightly more difficult that what you have undertaken so far, but I still expect it to be a rather straightforward affair.
Your target is (Name). They will most likely be traveling with an escort or two near (Location), and with their connections there is a good chance they will be more skilled than your average pilot.
