This template is used to create an infobox in an article about a company.

Parameters
Do not erase parameters that could logically apply now or in the future because you do not yet have data (such as financial results) or because the parameter does not apply today (such as defunct date).
- Name
- The name of the company.
- Image
- The company's current, primary wordmark or logo.
- Motto
- The motto/slogan/tagline of the company.
- Headquarters
- Location of the company's headquarters.
- Type
- The industry that the company belongs to.
- Race
- The race that owns the company
- Fate
- (For defunct/acquired/merged companies) Reason/reasons the company became defunct, or the type and full legal name of the entity that acquired or merged with it (reproducing any punctuation or abbreviations).
- Founded
- Date and location of the company's establishment / foundation. For date, use {{Start date and age}}. For the location, use the format City, Planet, System.

- Defunct
- The year (or, more specifically, if known, the date) the company became defunct / legally dissolved. Use {{End date}}.

- Founder
- (or founders) The founder/entrepreneur/s who founded the company, wikilinked if notable. If more than one person, list alphabetically by surname using .List the founders alphabetically by surname. Use {{ubl}} to format the entries.
- CEO
- The current CEO of the company.
- Demographics
- The market sector that the company is active in.
