Arcturus Koerner was a wealthy homesteader, entrepreneur, and de facto Governor of Bremen II. Under his leadership, landholders of Bremen II founded the Bremen Milling, Processing & Farming Association, which would eventually become the interstellar company known as Bremen Mills.[1][2]
He is an ancestor of Silas Koerner.
