Survey Carrack 132 (S-1132) is a Carrack-class UEE Navy explorer that was rediscovered without her crew 30 years after her disappearance. It is popularly referred as Good Queen Twelve (GQ Twelve) , her callsign assigned for her final operation in 2836. It entered service in 2831 and was assigned to long-distance survey missions along the Xi'an border at the former Perry Line. In her last operation in 2836, she was assigned patrol en route to the outer reaches of the Osiris system. After her last reported communication with a buoy check-in, she missed the next two scheduled reports and disappeared without a trace. Mission organizers dispatched search and rescue spacecraft but found no trace of S-1132 in her assigned area. In 2866, 30 years after its disappearance, the fully intact Carrack was discovered on the lone inhabitable moon Kyuk'ya 1A in the Kyuk'ya system. All of the ship's systems were found to be functional and her stores of food and medical supplies were largely intact, though there were no indications of the crew's whereabouts.[1]

Trivia

  • In the UEEN designation S-1132, 'S' stands for 'Survey', the leading '1' identifies the size classification (65m or greater), and the '132' indicates that it is the 132th ship of her class.[1]
