Standard Earth Year (SEY): 2789 is best known for the Akari-Kr.ē Treaty, a peace accord that was narrowly passed by the UEE Senate and would have ended the Xi'an-Human Cold War, however it was never signed into law by Imperator Messer XI.[1]

- 2789-05-29, Senator Akari calls an emergency session of the Senate to present the Akari-Kray Peace Accord, ordering an immediate vote while Imperator Messer XI is on break in Goss. The deal was narrowly approved.[2][3]
Major Events
- The Akari-Kr.ē Treaty is brokered by Emperor Kray and Senator Akari on Tohil III. The treaty would end the Xi'an-Human Cold War, however it was never signed by Imperator Messer XI, exposing the Messer regimes waning control over the senate.[1][4][5][6]
- Clark Defense Systems purchases office and manufacturing space on Cascom with the hope of creating a subsidiary focused on developing armor for the public.[7]
- Following the Akari-Kr.ē Treaty, the Xi'an Empire disclosed the existence of the Tal system to the UEE.[8]
- The UEE reduces their military presence in Castra, ending a two century long strict control over the system.[9][10][11]
