Marshall Madrigal is a human Senator, and member of the Universal Party. He represents Borea (in the Magnus System) and also serves as Speaker (Chairman) of the UEE Senate.
Career
Madrigal is a longtime member of the Senate and was 2946 for a next legislative period reelected. Beck Russum called him a "political institution."[1]
