The Industrial Cutting Tool is a handheld cutting tool manufactured by Greycat Industrial. It allows users to cut through some objects. It is a more powerful cutting tool than the OxyTorch Cutter Attachment for the Pyro RYT Multi-Tool. As of Alpha 3.12, it is in development[1]
