A Küldetések megtalálhatóak a Contract Manager app segítségével a mobiGlas felületén. Pár küldetés procedurálisan generáltak, míg mások pedig előre elkészítettek. A legtöbb küldetést ingyen el lehet vállalni, míg egy pár küldetésért fizetni kell. A fizetések elsősorban egy fix UEC összeg, és egyéb tényezőkért extra megszerezhető bónusz járhat. Némely küldetés megszakad, ha a játékos elhalálozik, míg más küldetések egy idő alatt elvégezendőek.
Az általad elérhető küldetések változnak a jelenlegi tartózkodási helyszíned, a CrimeStat értékelésed által, illetve más küldetések elvégzése, és a kapcsolatod bizonyos küldetésadó NPC-kel és a Fejvadászok testületével is tényező lehet. A jövőben még több tényező fog szerepet játszani.
A Contract Manager segítségével, miután tüzetesen elolvastad a leírást, elfogadhatod a küldetéseket a mobiGlas-en keresztül. Amint elfogadtad a küldetést, az Accepted (Elfogadott) fülön láthatóvá válik a jelenlegi küldetés részletes feladatai, és be- és követheted a küldetéseket, hogy szinkronizáljon a Skyline térképpel, és elutasíthatod a már elfogadott küldetéseidet.
A Contract Manager öt füle:
- General (Általános): Ez a fül gyűjti össze és jeleníti meg a helyi küldetéseket, amelyeket a Business and Labor Administration (BLA) tanusította, ezzel biztosítva a UEE és a helyi törvényeknek való megfelelését.
- Personal (Személyes): Ezek az ajánlatok személyesen neked vannak címezve. A felhasználóknak ajánlott óvatosnak lennie a kéretlen megbízások elfogadásával ismeretlen feladók által. Az említett kategóriák a General fülből a Personal fülre is vonatkoznak.

Küldetéstípusok
Appointment (Találkozók)
Ezek meghívások amiket küldetésadók adnak amikor először találkoztok, ezzel új küldetés-lehetőségeket feltárva a játékosnak. Ezeket a küldetéseket akkor kapod, ha a küldetéshez hasonló típusú általános küldetéséket csinálsz.
Bounty Hunter (Fejvadász)
Megbízások mások lekövetésére, esetlegesen veszélyes személyekre. Alpha 3.12 óta a Reputation System össze van kötve ezekkel a küldetéstípusokkal. Engedélyt kell szerezned a Fejvadászok testületétől, hogy ezek a küldetések elérhetővé váljanak.
ECN
Itt találhatóak a megbízások, melyek az Emergency Communication Network (Vészhelyzeti Kommunikációs Hálózat) rendszerén keresztül jönnek. Amikor egy új ECN riasztást sugároznak, az megjelenik a HUD-on. ECN riasztásokat használnak a Dinamikus események, de ezek a Priority (Prioritás) kategória alatt jelennek meg.
Delivery (Szállítás)
Szállítással kapcsolatos szerződések áruk és termékek helyszínek közötti mozgatására... de nem mindig törvényes okokból.
Search (Keresés)
Ennek a fülnek a használata érdekes, és úgy tűnik, részben cserélhető a 'Nyomozás' füllel.
Investigation (Vizsgálat)
Biztosítási cégek és személyek által használt, információgyűjtéssel kapcsolatban. Ezen felül használ egy benyújtási eszközt, amely használatával a felhasználók bizonyos használható információkat benyújthatnak a kliensnek az Accepted fülön keresztül. A felhasználók bármikor benyújthatják az adataikat a klienseknek, még akkor is, ha nincsenek teljesen készen a vizsgálattal. Bármilyen következmény amely ebből ered, kizárólag a felhasználó felelőssége.
Service Beacon (Segítségjelző)

Maintenance (Karbantartás)

Mercenary (Zsoldos)

Salvage
